Account Manager

Hybrid, with Helsinki as base office

Born in Finland, eBrands is a platform for growing consumer brands globally through e-commerce and retail channels. We make local brands global by expanding in the US and Europe, driving sales for both our own and partner brands. Our goal is to positively impact a billion lives with sustainable, purpose-driven brands.

We specialize in expanding brands through our commercial network in the US and Europe, from dominant and emerging e-commerce marketplaces to direct-to-consumer and major retail. Our platform enables local brand presence and a robust delivery network. Our portfolio includes over 50 brands and 1,200 products.

We are now searching for an Account Manager to join our growth journey.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of brand partners, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Create and execute strategic growth plans for each partner, identifying new opportunities to expand their business.
  • Own the partnership's full P&L, including revenue, profitability, and key performance metrics.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of accounts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives.
  • Regularly analyse partnership performance data and provide actionable insights and reports to both internal stakeholders and brand partners.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the e-commerce or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage a partnership's P&L and drive performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
