This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of eBrands Global Ltd and our subsidiaries and affiliates.

eBrands Global Ltd is an ecommerce group company that acquires, operates and scales small and medium-sized brands with potential category-winning products on global marketplaces like Amazon. This privacy policy explains how we handle the personal information of:

  • Business owners who look to sell their Amazon businesses to us; and

Consumers who interact with eBrands Global or our brands through Amazon or visit the e-brands.co website.If you buy our brands’ products on Amazon, this Privacy Policy explains how eBrands Global will process your information.  The processing of your information is also governed by Amazon’s privacy policy, here.

Some of our brands also have direct-to-consumer websites that link to their own privacy policies. Our processing of the information we collect on the brands’ sites is governed the brands’ policies.
