Your Mission
Drive meaningful traffic and revenue to our Shopify stores using non-obvious, scalable growth loops. Meta, Google, and classic SEO are already covered - your playground is everything else.
What You’ll Do
- Constantly come up with new out-of-the-box growth hacking methods instead of waiting for someone to tell you what to do. Action beats talk.
- Build and run experiments across Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest, Quora, Discord, Telegram, niche forums, deal sites, newsletters - and anywhere else you see opportunity.
- Manage affiliate programs (Impact, Refersion, etc.), recruit partners, and optimize commissions and promo calendars.
- Ensure our products are discoverable in AI surfaces (shopping assistants, search overviews, product knowledge graphs).
- Identify and test micro-channels (subreddits, boards, communities) with fast feedback cycles and clear hypotheses.
- Collaborate with brand, content, and performance teams to scale what works and kill what doesn’t.
- Handle Shopify basics, including creating and updating stores, installing apps, and connecting pixels.
- Report experiment results succinctly: hypothesis → test → learning → next move.
What You’ll Bring
- Creative, independent thinking, strong execution, and a constant flow of new ideas.
- 2+ years of growth hacking experience with proven results.
- Hands-on Shopify skills
- Comfort working in international markets - most sites are global, but some are in Finnish.
