Boozt Fashion AB

Overview

Boozt Fashion AB is the company behind Boozt Group, which runs the Nordic online department store Boozt.com and the outlet store Booztlet.com. This page looks at the group behind the stores: how it is owned, how it performs and where it is heading. For the shopper side and how brands work with Boozt, see our Boozt page.

The company

Boozt started in 2007 as BZT Fashion, which ran online stores for individual fashion brands, and launched its own multi-brand store Boozt.com in 2011. Booztlet.com followed as the group's outlet. The company is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and is part of the large cap indices in both Stockholm and Copenhagen.

2025 in numbers

  • Net revenue was SEK 8,287 million, up 1% on 2024, or 3% in constant currency.
  • Non-fashion categories, meaning Kids, Sport, Beauty and Home, made up 44% of revenue on Boozt.com, up from 42% the year before.
  • Free cash flow reached a record SEK 871 million, after Boozt reduced its inventory.
  • Outlook for 2026: Boozt expects net revenue growth of 3% to 8% in constant currency.

Boozt has called 2025 a transition year, in which it cleaned up inventory, sharpened operations and used AI across the business, from marketing spend to fulfilment.

How the group operates

The group runs its own technology, which it strengthened in 2021 by acquiring its long-standing technology partner, and its own logistics. All orders ship from an automated fulfilment centre in Ängelholm, Sweden, which Boozt has expanded several times. Boozt.com sells the current range at full price, and Booztlet.com takes previous-season stock and larger stock lots from brands, so the group can manage inventory across both stores.

Why this matters for brands

A brand partner of Boozt works with a listed, Nordic-focused retailer that controls its own technology and logistics. The group's push into kids, sport, beauty and home widens the range of brands it works with beyond fashion, and its outlet store gives a structured way to sell previous-season stock.
