eBrands, official TikTok Shop Partner, as Merchant and Importer of Record. We are the legal seller and run the operations behind the shop.

Who we are

We run consumer brands across TikTok Shop, marketplaces, D2C and retail. We do it as Merchant and Importer of Record, on our own registrations, under one entity setup.
‍
We are an official TikTok Shop Partner. What stops most brands from outside the UK and EU is the layer under the shop: the legal seller, VAT, import, compliance and stock. That layer is our job.

The demand is already there. Now is the time to enter.

TikTok Shop is now one of the largest commerce channels in the US and Europe, and European volume is still a fraction of its global total. In most categories there is still room to take a position, and getting there early costs less than catching up later.

Discovery does the selling
‍

The feed puts your product in front of people who were not looking for it, so a brand with no local awareness can sell from its first week.
‍
‍

Creators boost

Sales also come through affiliates, not just ads. A creator recommending your product reads as a recommendation, not a placement, and that trust converts better than anything you can buy.

Demand travels
‍
‍

What sells on TikTok Shop usually sells on Amazon and D2C too. The audience you build is not locked inside the app.

‍

A product that performs in one market is a product that can perform in many. The content that proved it travels with it, so the second market starts from something that already works rather than from nothing.

Focus on selling. Leave the seller obligations to us.

Demand on TikTok Shop crosses borders easily. The legal side of selling does not, so these three requirements have to be met in every market. We already meet them, and you sell on our setup rather than building your own.

A legal seller per region
‍

Selling on a TikTok Shop EU store as
merchant of record needs an EU entity. The UK shop needs a UK seller. A brand based outside the region has neither.
‍

- Before the shop opens

Tax and import
‍

There is no single EU VAT. Every country
of sale or stock storage carries its own
registration and filings. The UK and the EU
are separate customs territories, so stock
is imported into each.

-
Before the first unit sells

Product compliance
‍

Product safety (GPSR) and an EU or UK
responsible person. Category rules on top: cosmetics notifications (CPNP, SCPN), supplements, electricals. Labelling and packaging EPR per country.

-
Enforced at listing level

Done in-house, this takes quarters and fixed cost before the first sale. Done with us, the stack already exists.

How a TikTok Shop launch runs

The brand keeps the brand. Demand is driven by an agency or by us. We carry the seller obligations and the liability. The brand can bring its own agency and we work alongside any of them, or we can take that on ourselves. No exclusivity outside the channels we run.

Build it market by market, or plug into one operator

Building your own setup takes months per market and commits the cost up front. Plugging into ours takes weeks and converts that cost into a commission on sales. The table below sets out what sits on each side.

Building in-house

Fixed cost, before the first sale
An EU entity, plus UK presence
VAT registrations and fiscal representation per country
Responsible Person, safety files and notifications
Customs broker, 3PL and returns per region
Liability for all of it sits on the brand

Partnering with eBrands

Variable cost, tied to performance
Entity, registrations and RP role already live

Importer of Record: how stock gets from the factory to a UK or EU customer

Goods that start outside the UK or the EU are imported by us, in our name, once per customs territory. One importer, one stock pool, one settlement. No UK or EU entity on the brand's side.

01

Origin

Proven top sellers ship from the factory or the brand's warehouse.

02

We buy at import

Title passes to us at import, against a long-terms invoice with a right of return.

03

Cleared once

We are the importer: customs entry, duty and import VAT, once into the UK and once into the EU.

04

In-market stock

Held in our UK and EU sites, or sent on to Fulfilled by TikTok.

05

Monthly settlement

We pay early for what sold and reconcile the rest monthly, in Apollo.

Why we buy the stock: customs requires the importer to own what it imports. Start with proven sellers in a volume the market can absorb, because unsold stock is returned or disposed of at the brand's cost. If the stock is already inside the UK or the EU, title passes at the consumer order instead.

Fulfil through TikTok, through us, or both

Same operator either way. One stock plan, one monthly settlement.

14 TikTok Shop markets. One partner.

As an official TikTok Shop Partner we can operate as the brand's seller in every market below. Each step uses the same entity, compliance stack and stock pool, so the next market costs a fraction of the first.

Begin where the opportunity is clearest for your brand, then grow outward as the numbers justify it. Every market after the first is faster to open than the one before, because the groundwork is already done.

FAQ

Common questions about TikTok shop

What does eBrands actually do on TikTok Shop?

We are the legal seller. We open and own the shop as Merchant of Record, import the stock as Importer of Record, and run the operations behind it: orders, payments, returns, customer service and account health. The brand keeps the brand. Demand is driven by an agency or by us.

What does it cost?

Four components: a commission of 7 to 10% of net sales excluding taxes, a monthly fee scoped to the channels we run, a one-time setup fee per launch, and third-party costs passed through at cost. No markup on logistics or media, and no commission on creator or ad spend.

How long until the shop is live?

Standard onboarding runs 14 to 28 days, with the affiliate launch after that. Imports and regulated categories add time, and we scope that during the compliance review before committing to a date.

Does this only work for TikTok Shop?

No. The same entity, compliance stack and stock pool also serve other marketplaces and D2C. Most brands start with one channel and add others once the first is proven.

Can you use Fulfilled by TikTok, or do you hold the stock?

Either, and often both. FBT is the leaner launch route and we run the setup, inbound shipments and stock levels. Our own 3PL gives more control, handles bundles and relabelling, and serves every channel from one stock pool. Different SKUs can sit on different routes.
