ePRICE is an Italian online marketplace focused on consumer electronics, home appliances, and home and garden products. It has been one of Italy's best-known online shops for technology since 2000, and it now operates mainly as a marketplace where professional sellers offer products to Italian shoppers. For an electronics or appliance brand, ePRICE is one of the Italian marketplaces to consider next to Amazon.it and MediaWorld.
Who is behind ePRICE
ePRICE was founded in Milan in 2000. In recent years it has changed owners several times: its marketplace business, including the eprice.it portal, was sold to the Italian retail chain Portobello for EUR 6 million, and further ownership changes have followed. ePRICE also co-founded the International Marketplace Network (IMN) in 2019 with Cdiscount, eMAG and real.de (now Kaufland), which lets sellers on the member marketplaces reach customers across several European countries.

ePRICE sells some products directly and hosts many shops that sell and ship their own products through the platform. Each product page shows whether it is sold by ePRICE or by a marketplace seller. ePRICE runs a customer protection programme, which customers can use within 90 days of purchase if a marketplace order goes wrong.
