Who is behind Komplett Group
Komplett was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Sandefjord, Norway. Komplett ASA is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. In 2022 it acquired NetOnNet, which has stores and online sales in Sweden and Norway, and the group also includes Webhallen, a Swedish retailer focused on gaming. Quarterly revenue in 2025 was around NOK 3.4 to 3.8 billion, and the group improved its gross margin during the year. Ros-Marie Grusén became CEO in August 2025.
