Mall.hr is one of the leading online retailers in Croatia, selling electronics, home appliances, home and garden, toys, sports and many other products. It belongs to the former Mall Group, together with Mimovrste, the leading e-commerce platform in Slovenia. Who is behind Mall.hr
Mall.hr is operated by Internet Mall d.o.o. It was part of Mall Group, which the Polish marketplace Allegro bought in 2022. Allegro later restructured Mall Group, closing the old Mall shops in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary and moving them to its own platform. On 07.01.2026 Allegro agreed to sell Mall.hr and Mimovrste, together with their dedicated IT team in the Czech Republic, to the German investment company Mutares, with closing expected in early 2026. Mutares said the two businesses generate revenue of about EUR 100 million, employ more than 250 people and run three stores in Slovenia and one in Croatia. It describes Mall.hr as one of the top five e-commerce players in Croatia.
