Manor is Switzerland's largest department store chain, selling fashion, beauty, home, toys, sport, electronics and food in stores across the country and online at manor.ch. Its online marketplace lets selected Swiss and European partners sell next to Manor's own range. Who is behind Manor
Manor is based in Basel and belongs to Maus Frères, a Geneva-based family-owned retail group. Manor has a strong position in Swiss department store retail and more than 100 years of history. It also works with partners in its stores, such as Fnac.
The Manor Marketplace
Manor opened its online shop to external partners to double its online range without holding extra stock, starting with fashion and home and living, then adding beauty, multimedia, toys and sport. According to ChannelEngine, the marketplace offers more than 200,000 products from more than 60 partners, and manor.ch has more than 50 million visits a year. Manor also runs a retail media offer for brands and marketplace partners.
How selling on Manor works
- Selected partners. Manor's marketplace team chooses each partner based on Manor's values and its existing range. Existing suppliers can also list their full range through the marketplace.
- eConsignment model. Since January 2025, Manor is the official seller and invoices the customer, while the partner manages stock, shipping, returns and service.
- Fees. Integration partners report a monthly partner fee plus a commission set per product category, agreed with Manor.
- Switzerland only, with content in German, French and Italian.
- A Mirakl connection, directly or through tools such as Lengow or ChannelEngine.
