Who is behind Vente-unique.com
Vente-unique.com was founded in 2006 and is listed on Euronext Growth in Paris. It is a subsidiary of the Cafom group, which also runs home equipment stores in France's overseas territories under brands such as BUT, Darty and Habitat. Cafom's continental Europe e-commerce division, driven by Vente-unique.com, reached record revenue of EUR 200.1 million in the year to September 2025, up 12.1%, and grew 18.4% in the first nine months of 2025/26. In 2026 Vente-unique.com bought the Habitat brands from Cafom for EUR 11 million. About 54% of its sales now come from outside France.
Expanding across Europe
Vente-unique.com sells in France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Switzerland, and has recently added the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. It plans to open in Finland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, which would bring it to 20 countries. A second warehouse in the Allier region of France has increased its logistics capacity by 75%.
